Dr. Bourque grew up on a small farm in New Jersey, where she spent most of her time around animals. She received her associate’s degree in New Jersey in 2006 and moved to Bristol, RI, in 2007. In RI, she attended Roger Williams University while working as a receptionist at the Fall River Animal Hospital. In 2008, she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology/Psychology and went on to pursue her veterinary degree at the Royal Dick School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, Scotland. Following graduation in 2014, she moved back to New England to become an associate veterinarian. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, photography, and enjoying the outdoors with her 2 dogs, Lily Belle and Prince.
